All OCMC competition events will take place at the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel in their state of the art Conference Centre, located in the heart of the Niagara Falls tourist district and directly across from the breath-taking Niagara Falls.
Hotel room accomodations for OCMC attendees will be split between the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel and the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Both hotels are part of the Falls Avenue entertainment complex and are connected to each other as well as other exciting attractions including; a casino complex on-site, an indoor pool, a state-of-the-art Spa and Fitness Centre, a shopping concourse, 4 in-house restaurants, and the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. A special discounted daypass rate is available to OCMC attendees. As well, an indoor walkway connects to the Rainforest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, WWE Niagara Falls, MGM Studios Plaza, and the world's only Hershey Store.
Rates:
The discounted OCMC room rate is $109.00 per night for single or double occupancy. Triple and quad accommodations are available at an additional $10 per person, per day. Maximum occupancy is four (4) adults per guestroom. Parking fees are $5.00 per day, per vehicle for overnight guests only.
Extended your Stay:
If you would like to extend your stay in beautiful Niagara, we have arranged for the discounted room rates to be available two (2) days pre the event (Nov 11 & 12) and a limited number will be available two (2) days post the event (Nov 15 & 16).
Reservations:
Room reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-519-9911 and asking for the special convention rate for the Ontario Colleges' Marketing Competition. Reservations must be received by October 14, 2008.

Check-in Requirements:
Individuals will provide a valid credit card or cash at the time of check-in to cover any anticipated incidental charges.
Room Cancellations:
Any reservation which fails to materialize and has not been cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
The Security Deposit:All participating colleges are required to collect a $25 security deposit from each participant. All funds will be held by college representatives and will be paid to the hotel in the event that the hotel or a hotel patron suffers any loss or damage to property. It is agreed that each college will be responsible to remit, to the host college, up to $25 per student in compensation for any such loss or damage. We ask each college to assign a representative to collect and hold these funds until the hotel account has been cleared by Niagara College. This should be completed within two weeks of the competition.
