Judges Orientation

Join us on Monday October 27 from 6pm-8pm at the Niagara Culinary Institute, Niagara-On- the- Lake Campus for the Judges' Orientation. We will review judging techniques, case evaluation forms, and competition day rules & procedures. Please RSVP your attendance to Beth Pett at bpett@niagarac.on.ca by October 20, 2008. Detailed parking information and a map will be sent directly to you. Appetizers and wine will be served.

If you are unable to attend, we will ensure that you receive all relevant materials by e-mail.
