Yahoo! Canada has provided a sanctuary for OCMC participants, with food, drink and activity--a place to relax, to chat and to play a little. On Friday November 15, anytime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. you can meet your collegues in The Chill Zone in the Hard Rock Club downstairs in the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel. A place to gather, enjoy, entertain and maybe win some great prizes with the Yahoo! challenges.

Yahoo! Canada Photo Contest

Show us your OCMC Spirit and you could win a great prize pack! Enter the Yahoo! Canada Photo Contest by submitting a picture that captures the spirit of the OCMC Experience. Any OCMC student participant is eligible to enter the contest.

Only one photo entry per person is allowed. The photo must be taken during the OCMC event November 13-14th and be submitted by 2:00pm on Friday November 14th. Participants can enter the contest by visiting the Yahoo! Chill Zone (inside the Hard Rock Club) on Friday November 14th and upload their photo on Flickr - Yahoo! Canada's photosharing website. Participants can save their photo on a flashdrive, their laptop, or their digital camera (don't forget your cord!).

The winning entry will be chosen by Yahoo! Canada representatives and the winner will be announced at the Gala Awards Dinner. The winner of the photo contest will win a $150 prize pack that includes gift cards to Best Buy, Chapters and Starbucks.

Yahoo! Canada Challenge

Yahoo! Canada wants to hear from you! Drop by the Chill Zone on Friday November 14th and sit in the Yahoo! Canada Big Idea Chair to share your thoughts. Marketing professionals and strategists from across Canada have taken turns sitting in the Big Idea Chair, sharing their thoughts on how the nature of marketing is changing. Now it's YOUR turn!

OCMC participants who want to take the Yahoo! Canada Challenge will have 90 seconds to provide an answer to a marketing question. Check back in early September to find out more details. Yahoo! Canada representatives will videotape all participants who choose to take the Yahoo! Canada Challenge in the Big Idea Chair and select the winner. The winner will be announced at the Gala Awards Dinner on Friday November 14th and will get to choose from 1 of 3 amazing prizes:
